Biography
I am 33 years old.  I did my first powerlifting competition at the age of 18 and I still compete in powerlifting. I started strongmen as an amateur athlete in 2019 and received my pro card in 2021. I have been with the SBD team since 2022.

Strength has always been an important core since I was very young. My paternal family talked about it a lot and they were also very strong farmers at their time. I live in Rimouski, Quebec and I train at Santé 2000 club. My trainer is Geoffrey Riviere from the same gym.

I started strongman because I really liked powerlifting but I needed more of a challenge and I always stopped at my height of 5'8. In 2019 I decided that I just had to be stronger to be able to compete against the biggest and today I am proud.

What is your favourite lifting memory?
My Canadian record 400 lbs sandbag to shoulder.

What is one piece of advice you have for up and coming athletes getting into strength training or strength sport?
Looking far and wide, it's a marathon!

What is your favourite lift or event?
Deadlift

What is your favourite product and why?
13mm Belt
I've never had a belt like the 13mm SBD belt.  The support is incredible while still comfortable.

What 3 other items are your go to and why?
Knee Sleeves
Flexible Medium Wrist Wraps
Elbow Sleeves
I have always worked with the SBD sleeves, the support is very good but flexible enough to remain athletic in the events. I feel safe as soon as I put them on. The wrist wraps are the best, even better since the new momentum product, flexible and strong.

What colourway is your favourite and why?
Phoenix
This collection is just really pretty and I love the red.

Why do you believe SBD is the gear all athletes should use?
Quality, reliability, experience, comfort, magnificent.

Why do you believe in working with SBD Canada as a Sponsored Athlete?SBD Canada are the biggest and strongest. Their equipment is undoubtedly the best. They take care of their athletes, I lack nothing and I am very proud to be part of this team.
