Biography
I have been lifting for 10 years, and powerlifting for 9. I got into lifting in high school gym class, and found powerlifting while looking for information about lifting online.

My biggest accomplishment to date was coming 2nd in the Jr. 93s at 2021 worlds. I train at Genesis Athletic Club in Vancouver. I coach myself and have since the beginning.

What is your favourite lifting memory?
My favourite lifting memory is hitting a 225lbs squat for 5 reps for the first time. It was my first big milestone to hit and showed me that I was able to achieve something if I put my mind to it.

What is one piece of advice you have for up and coming athletes getting into strength training or strength sport?
My one piece of advice would be to focus on learning as much as you can to keep an open and skeptical mind about everything you hear.

What is your favourite lift or event?
Usually my favourite lift is whichever is feeling the best at the moment. Currently bench.

What is your favourite product and why?
13mm Belt
I think a good belt is the most useful piece of equipment for lifters.

What 2 other items are your go to and why?
Powerlifting Knee Sleeves
Knee Sleeves
Figure 8 Lifting Straps
The sleeves are good for lifting more weight. Straps are useful for training.

What colourway is your favourite and why?
Classic
For me the original colour is the most nostalgic.

Why do you believe SBD is the gear all athletes should use?
I believe SBD provides better quality and service than all other powerlifting brands.

Why do you believe in working with SBD Canada as a Sponsored Athlete?
The biggest reason to me is seeing how much they care about growing the sport and supporting lifters.
